Do you have to consider last time for ejaculation before going in for a prolactin test, or does it not matter?
If you start your own thread you will receive answers.I have a question on elevated prolactin levels and Macroprolactin levels.
In addition to impacting prolactin levels, ejaculation will also raise psa values for a period of time.I had trouble find this info and Life Extension didnt specify either when I bought the test, it said "no special instructions". You are correct though, Adam at Defy confirmed this with me today.

My doctor asks for 48 hours. How long should I abstain from ejaculation before a psa test? I never see this info anywhere else...
