High Prolactin + SHBG

I did a finger prick male hormone test with high prolactin and SHBG levels.
The test was done in the morning fasted. I'm 30 years old.

Please see below:
Testosterone 26.40nmol/L ( 7.6 - 31.4)
SHBG 67 nmol/L (16 - 55)
Free Androgen Index 39.40 (24-104)
Prolactin 990 mlU/L (86-324)
Oestradiol 61.00 pmol/L (0-192)

I faced the following symptoms over the last couple of months:
-low libido
-ED (maintaining it, or getting as hard as before)
-no morning erection

I would like to get some feedback regarding the blood result and which doctor I should consult? Is there anything I can supplement to reduce the prolactin level?

Maybe retest and confirm your prolactin is still high. You need to do real labs to confirm. If its still high and your not on any meds to cause it to be high you would probably need to see an endocrinologist. The endocrinologist would probably want you to get an MRI of your pituitary gland.

I don't expect an endo in the UK to prescribe TRT with these numbers, even if prolactin were normal, your levels are "in range" and is mostly the only thing they care about. You free hormones are pretty low and I don't think prolactin is affecting your hormone status much if at all.

Aa far as the NHS, you'd be wasting your time going this route. You should be looking for anti-aging clinics.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
