Primo for estrogen management!

On just test, my SHBG is normally around 35 really no matter my test dose.

on "210" cypionate and 70 primo, my SHBG is 17. and thats with 1000hcg a week. Free T using direct method, which is inaccurate is 28.

I don't see how Primo can be incorportated into a long term protocol. The reduction in Estradiol and also SHBG is too great. I'll keep doing it cuz I am a dumbass and females are breaking their necks trying to get my attention but I'll have to modify for primo to be used in an HRT setting. I'll probably try 35 primo and 250 test to see if I feel better at all because right now I absolutely feel like my E2 is too low.

Do you still use primo as an ai? Any if so, any sides like hair loss?
No I currently just keep it simple and use a deca base with a small amount of test

But I don’t seem to be prone to MPB. My hair is naturally fine, so that kind of sucks. But as far as MPB goes, I seem to be pretty resistant to it. So pros and cons I guess

I don’t think I ever saw any hair loss from using dht’s like primo or mast or proviron.

Everyone is different tho. But out of all the dht’s, primo seems to be the most hair safe one. Especially at the low doses that guys on HRT would use

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
