I was on 140mg one time per week for six weeks a year ago. On my trough day, 7 days after injection, my total testosterone was 1066ng/dl. What do you guys think my total testosterone will be at the six week labs on my current protocol of 60mg twice per week at the 3.5 day trough? I would guess somewhere in 800-900's. What do you guys think?

That was a trough reading? What was your SHBG at that time? And do you have a recent value?

I don't have any SHBG readings. I'm getting one in 3 weeks. Yes, that was a trough reading. I remember that I've been told before starting trt that I have really low estrogen.

Your SHBG level is critically important to zeroing in on a proper protocol. My own, low, values were responsible for clearing testosterone quickly. As a result a single, weekly dose simply wasn't able to do the job. What was your estradiol (on the sensitive, LC,MS/MS, lab test)?
