Opinion on Thyroid/Hormone test results

Hi

Would it be possible to get an opinion on my Thyroid/Hormone results?
Male, 24
UK

I have several symptoms (more noticeable over the last year) and thought they may be Thyroid/Hormone related (some include: fatigue/low energy, difficulty concentrating, mood swings, hair loss/thinning, low libido/weak erections, feeling cold, difficulty building muscle/strength).

I have had Hormone/Thyroid tests done (repeated several times). My GP refused to give a Vitamin D blood test when I asked a while back so I got these done privately/online.

I have attached them here. Symptoms could be caused by something else however I would like to rule these out first. I have attached just the Testosterone and Thyroid results however some of the tests also included (SHBG, Oestradiol, Lipids, LH, FSH, Prolactin.........), I can add all the other results if needed.

Thanks

TSH a little elevated but your free T3 and free T4 are actually good in the upper side of the range. Are you on testosterone higher doses or anabolics? Higher dose testosterone can decrease thyroxine-binding globulin which may increase TSH and free T3.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
