Hey guys, it seems that for every one research article I read that says tamoxifen citrate improve sperm, I also find one that says it harms it. Which is right? Just some background- I am a 39 year old, former bodybuilder. I was a very heavy steroid user in the past, for a long time. Please no lectures! I have been clean for almost three years now. I am desperately trying to get my sperm production back in hopes to have a child. Currently using hcg and hmg. Should I be using nolvadex too? Thanks.
