Hcg and Hmg fertility problem Testicular atrophy

Hello i am 26 year old male in 2019 with the help of doctor i find that i have been diagnosed with secondary hypgonadism and my doc prescribed me trt and my pubic parts did not grow from the age of 11 after the start of trt my pubic parts strat growing only tests did not grow after 4 years of trt my doc check me for fertility and i have zero sperm count and declared me as azoospermia and after that my doc said to me start hcg with hmg it has been six months with hcg with hmg and in this six month i did SA two times and got the same result just semen volume increase and my tests size start increasing can any one tell me how much time it will take for tests for normal range and how many months and year i have to used this hcg with hmg
