I found this on the good doctor Rasamad's IG page and I was wondering if after 24 months of starting TTH if we are good with cardio risks.

We demonstrate that increases in Hct from baseline are associated with increased risk of MACE, compared to men whose Hct remains stable while receiving TTh.Impact Statement:Clinicians should monitor Hct after initiating TTh, as large increase from baseline may be a risk factor for MACE.

Yes, but it was a poster presentation in July 2021 at an Urology Conference. It's the only data we have on hematocrit and risks in men on TRT.
