just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Mike and I am new to TRT therapy. I'm still trying to answer questions and learn about it.

My doctor explained the risks and benefits, i'm still very worried about the possible increase in red blood cells. I know it might be easy for someone to just go donate blood, but since i'm HIV Positive that makes it a little harder to work with.

I've had two shots and will have two more before my next blood work, so gonna stick it out and see how it goes. I do even after two injections feel little better with my mood and energy, so I want to stick with it, but just don't want to hurt myself in the process.

So that's where i am at the moment. Just wanted to say hi

Mike

One other question I would like to ask. Has anyone here had the high hematacrit and is there a way to avoid it such as supplements ETC.

I don't want to stop but I also don't want a stroke either

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
