Not sure about this E2 test. I ordered the sensitive assay, which confused the phlebotomist at the hospital. She said she'd never seen such an assay. Clearly, my blood sugar needs attention. Maybe I'll be a candidate for metformin? I think it's genetic since my mother is type II. I'm far from being obese, too. I'll need to do more research on the cholesterol numbers before I get too concerned. Keto put everything higher, including HDL. FYI, I'm not on TRT.

Well, having done a bit of reading, the elevated Lip-A is my main concern, followed by my elevated blood glucose. It doesn't appear there is much in the way of lifestyle changes that can affect the Lip-A. No drugs, either. Looks like I got stuck with shitty genes. The elevated blood glucose is also largely genetic, but metformin may be the answer for that. Who knows, maybe lowering my blood glucose will affect the Lip-A in a positive way? It will certainly reduce inflammation. I see my FNP soon.

With the numbers below, is there any way to increase my FT since I'm probably not a TRT candidate with a TT of 642?
