Natesto Expiry date 210206

Happy holidays to all!
I have question I just took my last dose of Natesto today and do not have another refill until Thursday at best. Seems that it went faster than usual. I found a old unused box of Natesto with a Expire Date of 210206 would it be safe to use this medication even tho its close to 3years old? My sense is to go for it but I do not want any kind of negative effects or be harmful etc.

What do you think?

My two cents, use it. It may have lost some strength but I'm sure it's still good.
