Have been reading some experiences & feedback on this forum regarding nandrolone, benefits, dosing etc. I've been prescribed .35ml (70mg) Q7, which is in range of what seems to be what the majority is at (50-100mg q7). Doc is starting low to see how it goes, but I don't feel joint and tendon relief after 4 wks. and don't think I will see any anabolic benefit at this dose. Any relief I feel is short lived (couple days), then back to aches and pains.

Curious if adjustment can be made to nandro based on lab results and how I feel. Also curious what dose you started nandro at? when did you feel relief (arthritis, joint pain, surgery on rotator cuff)? if your dose was increased, did you just ask bc you didn't feel relief?

I did inject 20 mg of nandrolone EOD, 20 mg of testosterone EOD and 500 iu of hcg twice a week. For about 6 months and then stopped. Here's my thread.

Seems you liked how you felt (aside from the night sweats). I take it was helping with joint pain if that's what you were taking it for. Just wondering when I'll start to enjoy the benefits and if it makes sense to just ASK my Dr. to increase nandro.

4 weeks in means nothing as you have not even reached a steady state yet due to the half-life of the decanoate ester.

Even then it will still take some time to reap the full benefits.

Bad move increasing your dose 4 weeks in.

Patiently waiting. I was thinking possibly increasing more like after 12 wks. if allowed.

I feel the effects after two weeks. Whether going on or coming off, two weeks for me. I'm not recommending adjusting your dosage after that amount of time, only saying that's when I can feel the benefits kick in. I'm on 100 mg per week and it's not enough for any significant anabolic gains, though it certainly doesn't hurt, but the improvement in joint pain and overall pain remains quite remarkable.

Thanks @excelnelg I'm probably just tolerant to the drug at 70mg / wk. no reason it wouldn't work for my joints and torn parts like other people experience. I'll just keep at it at my current protocol and evaluate again with my dr. at wk 12. I imagine there'd be some anabolic gains eventually, little as it may be, I agree def wouldn't hurt.

Thanks Vince. Why did you stop and when did you start to feel relief?
During the 6 months I injected 20 mg of testosterone one day and the next day I would inject 20 mg of nandrolone. And I continued my 500 IU of HCG twice a week. It did increase my HCT some, kept it under 50% though. I get a complete cholesterol panel that includes all particle numbers. My standard cholesterol panel look good, the particles were terrible.

I am on 200mg NAND and 200mg Test. It took me about 11 weeks to feel any pain relief. I nearly stopped but decided to finish out the three month supply. I’m glad I did. It’s been very helpful with hips, bad knee, bad shoulder and general arthritis. I’ve started squatting (nothing above 135 yet) for the first time in 24 years.
