Still waiting on some others, such as total t.
I honestly thought my testosterone would be lower, given how terrible I feel and my inability to put on muscle
Also I thought my estradiol would be higher

There's things you may be able to do to raise your testosterone, take a good zinc supplement, daily Cialis, lose any belly fat and workout (resistant training).

I do believe supplementing with zinc and copper is very important, look into the Jarrow brand. I use jarrow zinc balance.

Are you waiting for SHBG results? What is the reference range for your estradiol? Was it the "sensitive" test (LC, MS/MS), or the "standard" test? Remind us again, how old are you?

36 years old
NO reference range given
Waiting on free t and a few others.
Maybe a thyroid problem?my numbers aren't in the optimum range according to the diagram in the thyroid section.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
