I would start with the dose reduction and hold off on the AI. Your free testosterone is extremely high with total testosterone >1,500 ng/dL and SHBG of 20 nMol/L. You could probably cut your testosterone dose in half and still have good hormone numbers—and better lipids.

Its a known fact, testosterone will lower HDL when the dosage is too high. You do NOT want that. Your levels are way too high.
Also, cut out the proviron. You do NOT need that. Proviron can also negatively affect hdl.

You didn’t include any information on how you feel, symptoms, etc. No one can really give good advice without it.

Knee jerk, I would drop the proviron. It’s not helping your HDL-C and you probably don’t need it?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
