dEAR aLL,

Almost 6 mounth ago ı was treating my self with clomid until I got andriol tablets,

1.5 mounth total I used everyday 6 tablet andriol and e3d 500iu hcg and sometimes 0.25 mg arimidex like every 10 day.

I think andriol useless and it just changed my lipid orofile

please help me do I need to donate blood because my RBC high but HCT lkow ?

I need to increase HDL urgently and I am secondary hypogonad man so I will only continue HCG please tell me does hcg effect HDL I cant find good answers I am in TURKEY no trt doctor in turkey. So I need to help myself.

Increase my HDL cholesterol by eating 6 eggs a day. It doesn't affect my LDL cholesterol.

Alcohol raised my HDL 40%. 39>55. 6 oz of wine a night, but any equivalent amount of alcohol should work the same way. Beer, shot of whisky (1.5-oz ).

I would say Alcohol has been the most reliable and easiest way to raise HDL.
