My most recent blood-work and a link to my past blood-work post:

So this was my last blood-work post: Most recent blood tests. I got everything done. Does anything look off?

My newest blood-work just came back, it's from Quest this time because of an insurance change. The full report is below. My routine is still the exact same: 20 mg test-c every other day (subq), along with 250 IUs HCG and a tiny amount of FSH (from brand name Foliculin, also subq). These are EOD also. I just do it all in a row EOD (T, HCG, Foliculin. Boom boom boom.)

I have a few questions mostly for advancing my own knowledge:
  1. Isn't the Estrogen, Total, Serum test the wrong test from Quest for a man on TRT?
  2. Why does Absolute Eosinophils = 0?
  3. Is my Free T too high?
  4. Is my dihydrotestosterone too high?
  5. Is Estradiol the correct estrogen test from Quest for a man on TRT?
  6. Should my Vitamin D be higher? I can take more if needed...
  7. Is my thyroid fine?
Thanks for any feedback!

Why did you test “Total Estrogens” and where does your SHBG sit?

Your eosinophils as reported indicate you don’t have cancer, significant active, typically parasitic, infection, or inflammation.

I gave my doctor a list and she deviated from the list, so don’t know my SHGB. But she did test estradiol too on top of total estrogen, and that looks fine to me. Is that the right estrogen test for a man on TRT?

The only test a man on TRT should be using is this: Ultra Sensitive LC/MS/MS.
Even that test result Quest prints right on it it's the wrong test, "Estradiol" the < or = 39, lab range.
DHT is not too high, Free T is not too high, nor is Vit D a problem.

Thyroid...incomplete but a TSH of 1.28 isn't particularly of concern, <2 is pretty good. T4 @ 1.1 is pretty standard.

If you're going back for more tests due to the Estradiol screwup, and it's affordable for you, there are 5 Thyroid tests...the two you had are pretty inadequate...a fraction of a whole picture:
