Here is my most recent blood work... Curious to see people's thoughts... To me what jumps out is my Total T and Free T are up but on a lower dose and oddly enough my E2 is up as well and this is after introducing a very small dose of arimidex.

Protocol is this-

Sunday and Wednesday 80MG of Test cyp (adex night of shots)

3 X per week HCG 350 Units

Daily compounded DHEA and pregnenolone.

Curious for any input on my thyroid labs and IGF-1...

just curious why 80mg of test Sunday then Monday is this in a row or alternating?
how long have you been on the armidex before blood work?
IGF-1 could be high because your test is high normal (testosterone raises IGF-1)
my suggestion would be to lower HCG to 200iu's 3x a week its what's I'm doing and its working well for me

Sorry I made a mistake, my test shots are Sunday and Wednesday... For whatever reason my IGF-1 has always been high but this time it creeped up about 30 points...

Also what is the Anion gap lab? Is that anything to be concerned about? I am a defy patient of Dr. Saya as well...
have you had your A1C checked before any diabetes?
high anion gap = more organic acid(like lactic acid) in the bloodstream and high Creatinine could be and indication of higher muscle mass my guess would be because you have a higher muscle mass and workout that's what causing the results but your EGFR is good so I don't think its anything to worry about but DR Saya would know more.

I have never had my A1C checked but I have never had and symptoms, or signs (I guess) of diabetes... No family history either... EGFR for the last 4-5 years has always been from 59-63.... I do carry a lot of muscle... 230+, 5'10" and about 14-15% body fat... Also pretty intense weight training 6 days a week...

I bet so as well... It is odd that my estradiol went up with a lower dose of T and adding AI...

I often wondered if different doses would affect the body to convert testosterone differently like more estrogen or more DHT at different doses. Its weird but I picture a river with different branches flooding what path will it take and is affected buy how much water and how fast the water comes.

Your androgen numbers are somewhat similar to mine. Your TT is about 200 points higher, my Free T was about 100 points over the reference range, and my sensitive E2 is 68. Are you symptomatic with estrogen symptoms? I am holding water in my gut and while my libido and erections are still present, they aren't as strong as when my E2 was lower, no anxiety or depression or emotional instability, however. This is on 120mg E3.5 and 250IU of HCG twice a week. The only thing differently I did was switch brands of HCG to the Defy brand which may be more potent than the compounded pharmacy that I was using locally. I don't want to start Adex but I might have to in order to lose some body fat % and then come off once I get my bodyfat % lower. My hematocrit also increased from 48% to 51%, Hemoglobin at 16. This was taken four days after my last 60mg injection.

Your LDL is high and HDL is low as would be expected for someone "doing a cycle". however your hormones are that of a TRT patient. Unless you recently did a cycle and your hormones have since normalized but your lipids haven't. Not saying that this is the case. But you essentially asked what do we think. And that is what came to mind

I have never done a cycle in my life. Sadly I have very poor genetics relative to cholesterol. This is one of my better readings. I do 4 grams a day of omegas and eat lots of good fats. Not sure what else to do in this area other than the dreaded cardio !!!

Only symptom would be sub par libido. Erections , morning wood are all good. No nipple sensitivity or any other symptoms.

Just had my follow up with defy.... Come to find out my AI dose has been .1 twice per week... They are bumping this to .5 twice per week... Does this seem appropriate given my labs? I am new to AI and just don't want to crash...

There's little that, over the years, the medical team at Defy hasn't seen. Given where your e2 was sitting at the last blood test, it is a reasonable decision. I would feel confident in moving ahead with it.

I was just reading as well on symptoms and I came across gut bloating.... I have been experiencing that for sure and did not know it could be related to high E2.... I kept checking my body fat % to see what was up and I am always 114-15% (on handheld unit)... They have had me take my .1 daily until I get my new meds and the belly bloating is already coming down...

It is very surprising what 50MG of gel on the Gonads and a little more HCG each week have done to my labs. I will have to dial down my shots... Here are my follow up labs-

Looks like the ranges indicate the test had female ranges. Does that have any impact on the testing?
