My first TRT injection reaction

After doing research for almost an year, I started my TRT. I am using TRT+HCG.
Yesterday i tried to mix both test and hcg in a single needle but it dint go through well. There were bubbles so i throwed it away. So after that i took separate injection for test n hcg.
Hcg went well no issues but testosterone injection caused pain n swelling. My vial says " intramuscular use only" but i took it as subcutaneous bcas i read testosterone is more effective subcutaneous.
Anyways, What went wrong?
Did i hit muscle? Or is it fake test?

Fake test? Not likely if it’s from a dr or pharmacy. Sometimes SQ leaves bumps or swelling. I don’t know that it’s any more effective SQ vs IM, but some ppl respond differently to each. Personally I’d to test IM and HCG SQ and don’t worry about trying to mix them into one shot

I am not fortunate to get good doctor. I am in canada. I tried all private health clinic, anti aging clinic but they all want to put me on thyroid n other supplements although its very clear that my test is low. They want to put me on HCG monotherapy which dont work for me bcas i am primary hypogonadism candidate. So i have to find it by other means.
Anyways, good to know. I felt its safe to do it separately bcas there was bubble between test n hcg on the syringe. I took it to thighs. I took test on left n hcg to right. Left leg has some swelling near injection site.

I use an easy touch 29 g half inch syringe for both HCG and testosterone. It makes for a nice shallow IM injection. I do not mix the two, but I did for about a year. I had no issues combining the two, HCG and T.

It would be nice if you posted your labs. Both your thyroid and testosterone, along with the ranges.

Also tell us something about yourself. Your age and reason why you decided to go on trt.

I dont know why i couldnt mix it properly. There were bubbles between test n hcg. I took test first in the syringe and then hcg. For time being, ill do it separately. I am attaching my blood report. @Vince

Btw, I know this is my first shot but i feel my appetite has increased a lot. I usually eat 2 times a day. Today i ate 4 times.

Your LH and FSH are very high, but total test is low. Wonder what your SHBG is since free test is midrange. Looks like you’re primary
