I’m currently on Dr prescribed TRT at 200mg/week of Test C. My Estradiol is 104. My doctor prescribed 1mg of Anastrozole 2x week. Does this seem like a high dosage? Thanks

Its a very high dose, yes. try .25mg once per week.

What negative Estrogen symptoms are you dealing with? In and of itself a high lab test in not a reason to reduce Estrogen.

What is your shbg and where does your TT/FT sit on such protocol?

Your estradiol is 104 (reference range?) and what assay was used a you need the estradiol sensitive (LC/MS_MS) meant for men.

You have been prescribed a very high dose aromatase inhibitor and you never once mentioned experiencing any negative high e2 symptoms.

You should have attempted to lower the dosage to lower estrogen before resorting to an AI.

It's difficult to provide any useful advice without labs, total testosterone, free testosterone and SHBG.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
