Muscle pain and inflammation

As far as I can remember I've hardly ever felt great. I've almost always had a feeling of fatigue, as if there is a weight on my shoulders. This has had a negative impact both on my personal and social lives. From my mid 20s on I've had muscle pain too although not always.

I sometimes took ibuprophen for headaches and whenever I took it, it was like the weight was lifted. I felt good and even had a feeling of euphoria. So I guess this whole thing is caused by inflammation, including neuro-inflammation. Several years ago I had a surgery and had to take high doses of ibu for 2 months and apparently I developed resistance. It makes me feel better but not as much as before.

Now I wonder how to approach this problem. Where in my body is the inflammation and what causes it. A CRP test I did in July got <0.2 which is "normal". I tried curcumin by Meriva but didn't get anything out of it.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
