most recent labs

I have posted my most recent labs. Trying to get back to how I felt for the first 2 years on TRT. It has been a struggle. I had been on 60mg T Cyp MWF for a Total of 180 and HCG 500 MWF for a total of 1500. DIM and DHEA 50mg supplements at night as well as Armour thyroid 60mg in AM. This had me feeling great with Tot T in the 1600's, free T around 40 and E2 in the 50's. Great sex, no side effects.
I started feeling shitty 3 months ago. Libido fine but ED even on Cialis. Poor sleep and very bitchy. Routine labs were Tot T at 2400, Free T at 677 and E2 at 131. I have no explanation for this as dosing had been stable for 2 years.
I decreased T cyp to 40mg MWF and kept HCG at 500 MWF.
The labs posted are my most recent after 4 weeks on the lower dose. It just isn't getting there. Free T and E2 still huge numbers and I feel like shit. I'm thinking next step is to cut the HCG dose in half and perhaps add a low dose AI but I really want to avoid that if possible. I did take .5 Anastrazole this week.

First off, good job on the labs. Extremely comprehensive! Did insurance pay for them, or did it cost u a pretty penny?

Have u been using the same exact brands of testosterone and HCG the whole time u’ve been on HRT?

Were u fasting during these labs? Looks like ur diet needs a lot of work. Fasting glucose is way too high, and triglycerides are way too high. Both indicate that ur eating too much sugars/ refined carbs, or too much processed foods, or too much crappy oils, or all of the above.

HCT seems low for ur testosterone levels, have u been donating blood? Have u had ur iron and ferritin levels checked recently?

Whatever u do, DO NOT GO ON AN AI. That is 100% not the answer here.

Same brands. These are not fasting labs. Never donated blood.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
