Mixing Alfuzosin with Cialis or Viagra?

Found a few references taking both drugs for guys with BPH, anyone doing this or know a starter dosage? I'm wondering if this would work better the Cialis alone.

AS far as an alpha blocker I think what may be used around here is Doxazosin(?), and it us/can be used, with Tadalafil.
