Does anyone here take DIMM to lower your e2?
If so what is your dosage per day? I started taking 5mg of Cialis daily, 2 weeks ago to help with BPH and possibly lower my sensitive E2 of 41 pg/ml. Wondering if its okay to take both.?

Dim is a supplement that I've used and I haven't noticed that it reduced my E2. And yes, you can take Cialis and Dim at the same time. THey're not going to effect each other.

I love this thread on dim!

Hi all,

I am currently on Natesto gel , 1/4 pump x2 daily on 6/23/2022 had my blood drawn 45 min. after dosing on 6/23/2022 my blood went like this: SHBG was 69mmol/L (High) and FT 58.58pg/ml my T Level was 291 ng/dl (low) Estradiol 54pg/ml (high but in range)
I was thinking to try Dim they sell it at the Whole Foods store. Can anyone here tell me the pro's and cons of this supplement? I have since increased my dose of Natesto to 1 full pump left nostril and 1/4 pump right nostril x2 days each day so I have not had a blood draw as of yet but is it possible to bring the SHBG down also?

All responses are appreciated

Here's a thread that was just started, in it's on dim.
