Major reduction in semen volume since TRT. Is this normal? How can I get it back?

Yes, and it's a common issue we men face on TRT.
HCG 350-500 iu twice weekly.
I’ve been doing 250iu 3x per week for almost 8 weeks and no luck :/
Zinc, lethicin, arginine
Theres a difference of opinion on the arginine, but the zinc and soy lethicin for sure work.
"Bucks that received 0.5%, 1.0% or 1.5% dietary SL had a higher ejaculate volume, mass motility, sperm concentration, total sperm output and total motile sperm. Dietary SL reduced the percentage of dead sperm and increased the normal sperm, and this concurred with an increase in blood testosterone concentration."

That's a low weekly HCG dose, I would bump it up o 1000 (500 x2) iu per week, you might need 500 x3 weekly if the former doesn't do the job.
You'll know if it's working as your testicles will be fuller.
And about how long should it take for it to work and to get my full volume back again?

You're never get full volume back again. Some of these methods will help, definitely won't be 100%. I think HCG is the best way to go, 500 IU three times a week.

L-citrulline (not as horrid as arginine but with similar properties), Pycnogenol, & pygeum really turned the dial up on precum but didn't notice any affects on total volume of semen.
Fully agree on the soy lethicin. Just get some from Amazon and pop one daily. You’ll start seeing results pretty quickly.Zinc, lethicin, arginine

I haven't noticed any difference with erections, but I take Cialis, 5mg daily which works for me. I did notice an increase in both precum and semen volume, and more intense, forceful ejaculations. Not an "OMG" difference, but a noticeable improvement. I have never been one to have a lot of precum, so an improvement was nice.
I’ve never heard about this but I’m going to try it!! I’ve been taking HCG which definitely helps but as far as libido, erection quality I get better results using 250 iu 2x/wk. BUT I think semen volume is less vs what I used to take 500iu 2x/wk. I’ve been taking Volume Pills for the last 4 months to increase semen. They actually seemed to help the 1st couple months but results have kinda tapered off
