MagSRT blood work results over 6 months

Wanted to test the effectiveness of MagSRT on raising my erythrocyte magnesium (Magnesium RBC test).

I did not take any magnesium supplements for a month prior to the first test (May 22nd 2023). Base Magnesium RBC was 5.2 mg/dL.

Starting on May 23rd I began taking 2 MagSRT pills per day (After breakfast and dinner).

Tested Magnesium RBC again on August 31st. Magnesium RBC went up to 5.8 mg/dL.

Starting September 1st I upped to 3 MagSRT pills per day (After breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Retested Magnesium RBC again on December 20th 2023 and reached my initial goal of 6.0 mg/dL.

Will continue at 3 MagSRTs per day and retest/repost results in 6 months. Clearly MagSRT WORKS... and I feel great.

Nice magnesium results. A little overzealous with the AI though? 16 pg/mL is borderline crashed.

It normally is around 30. Took some aromasn the week prior.
