Below is my blood work I did recently with my diabetes doctor. Based on the results I was wondering if I should make any adjustments? I noticed a big spike in my triglycerides and LDL compared to my previous history and a drop in my Estradiol. On the day this blood work was taken I was on the last day of my weekly 140mg Test cyp shot. I took the shot that same day after I saw the doctor. I've had moments when my libido was great but not consistent. I was consider changing my routine to 60mg of Test cyp twice per week, .25mg of anastrozole once per week and continue HCG 500iu twice per week. Has anybody elso had a spike in their triglycerides while using Anastrozole? My SHGB has always been high b4 starting TRT and i'm only seeing a slight drop in my SHGB since starting treatment. Also and suggestions to keep my lidido more consistent would be much appreciated.

Estradiol is low. Given the range you illustrate for estradiol, was this a "non-sensitive" estradiol test? If so, your actual estradiol value may be even lower. Either way, you may need to lower your anastrozole dosage (learned all this stuff on this forum!).

How long have you been following your current protocol? Split-dosing, as you're considering, helped me even out some of the peaks/troughs that I was having.

Kram, thanks for joining and posting your results up. I'm sure there's a variety of topics to touch on here, but I'll keep it focused on your thyroid for the moment on my end ...

On your Armour dosage, am I reading that correct at 15mg/day? Surely you're not just taking 1/4 grain for thyroid treatment (and yes, I know your name is not Shirley)?

From there, I look at your T3 and T4, which tells me that you indeed might be on a 1/4 grain of NDT. Your FT4 is only at 16% of its reference range value, no FT3 (that I see) but Total T3 is below the reference range. Your TSH is probably in exhaust mode, as I'm probably sure there's a constant demand due to low thyroid hormone levels. In time, TSH will just exhaust itself and it will stop being produced by the pituitary.

Would really like to see your Reverse T3, and know if antibodies have been reviewed, or if you know of any autoimmune disorders that you have? I know you're looking at the testosterone, E2, SHBG, and other items, but IMO you need to also put the thyroid topic at the top of the list. If that's a reflection of where your thyroid is at, an optimal TRT program will be like a fine tuned supercharged race car that's running on tires with 10lbs of air pressure and low octane gas.

Thanks for all the replies..I was following that protocol for over a month but last week i started to split the TRT dosage to 60mg twice per week, 25mg of anastrozole once per week and HCG 500iu twice per week. I wasn't really focused on the thyroid issues but I'll do whatever I have to in order to reach optimal results. I'll consider whatever suggestions you can give me regarding the thyroid protocol and i'll discuss it with my doctor. I'm currently being treated by Dr, Saya at Defy Medical but haven't discuss any of this with him yet. I really want to fine tune my protocel and appreciate whatever advise you can share from your experiences. Thanks again!
