Magnesium

I take 500mg daily along with vit D3 and iron. I do a lot of cycling 5000 miles a year and train for racing. I have found that they help me with during exercise and recovery.

I would recommend adding it to your supps.
On work out days it really makes a difference to me and if you have a lot of stress in your life its a must.
I take up to 1400mg on workout days spaced out across the day, on a non workout day I take 400mg.
Helps me sleep and chill down.
But be careful of which one you buy as some pass straight through the bod and do little.
I learnt a lesson the hard way, I was taking a poorly absorbed one and started getting heart pulps, arrhythmia etc ...
I was allover the place until I sussed it out and moved back to a good quality product again.
I do work out intensely 3 times a week and I know this puts a massive demand on my bod...so its a must for me.
