Lump and Redness 2 days after SubQ

Hello - I've been trying SubQ injections in the stomach area and love handles for a couple of weeks and each time I do it, the area feels completely fine for the first 24 hours, but then starting at about 1.5 to 2 days after injection I get an inch wide, narrow lump under the skin and the top of the skin turns red, almost like a rash about 2' x 3". i'm using Cypionate first with Grapeseed, then switched to Cottonseed. I even went to my Allergist to get a test cottonseed oil allergy and it came back negative.

I've tried injecting at an angle, I've tried rubbing afterwards, and now 2 different carrier oils. This is with 27 guage 1/2" needle to do the SubQ.

Doctor's office saying try SubQ in the Quads but not sure I've seen many folks do that for subQ and if that would be the answer.

Would really appreciate any suggestions or advice.

Thank you in advance.

What volume are you injecting? This is a big factor: the greater the volume, the more likely a lump. Guys that won't have any issues at . 2 ml will have lumps at . 4 ml for example.

Aside from that, I've found excipients can play a role. Try a formula without benzyl benzoate/benzyl alcohol if you want something friendlier to your subcutaneous fat.

Thanks, I've been doing .3 ml but have tried .2 ml and have the same reaction. Where would i find a formula without those excipients? Would Defy have them?

Yes, try the Hikma test enanthate from Defy. I have multiple anecdotes of better experiences with that formula over alternatives now.
