low leydig cells

I am on hcg for about 3 weeks is it possible if i have naturally a low amount of leydig cells can taking hcg actually hurt libido and erection quality. I have always had fertility also

I always have had a low sperm count. Even before trt urologist would comment that I have smaller than normal testicles. I have tried clomid and hcg to increase sperm count with little results. I was wondering if that since i have less leydig cells in my testicles can i be getting to much hcg and be causing some erectile dysfunction. Right now im on .4 cc test cyp twice weekly, .5 antrozole twice weekly and 500 iu hcg 3 times weekly
