Low Dopamine and Testosterone Effect

IMHO, the way that TRT is "sold" on all the radio and TV ads one sees these days causes a lot of grief. It is commonly "sold" as bringing back your declining or totally shot libido, helping or even solving your ED, making you (or allowing you) to recover from exercise and make gains in the gym like you did when you were young, getting back the energy you had when you were young, etc.

Then you get on TRT and in some cases, none of these things happen, even when you are with the best doctor and the most cutting-edge protocol.

Usually we find once we start treatment that most of us have ancillary issues to deal with, Thyroid being one of those, sometimes it's Adrenals/Cortisol/etc..,

makes me want to consider researching the effect of testosterone and neurotransmitters. thank you for this post, i hope you have found your answer!
