Life Extension Pregnenolone

Hi,
I was taking 50 mg capsules of Pregnenolone(1 in the morning for a number of months) from
Life Extensions. No real difference in how I felt or on blood test.(felt ok still)
I am taking 100 mg capsules(1 in the morning) and have been since Christmas. DHEA have come up. Feel pretty good.
My question is: Is This dose ok? Not to high? It does say one a day on the bottle, but still I wonder.

Thoughts?

I wont post blood work at this stage as all looks good. Was just a general dosage question

Thank you in advance for any input

I think it's a lot, I think guys around here its 5-10mg and maybe 25mg-50mg of DHEA...I think you're taking a lot but everyone is different, if there's no negatives you should be just fine.

Thank you for the replies. I have notice that alot here seem to take Preg as a compounded cream. From what I read here you need less with that delivery method. Is this correct? Is the 5 -10mg of Preg you mention in this form?
