Libido Non-Existent and ED Constant on Nebido

Hey guys, one year on nebido and ive lost 1 stone, overall I am feeling great, but my libido is non existant, my ED is bad, my first week on nebido and i was like a horny 15yr old but after a week it was gone and has stayed gone.... i injured myself in the testicles years ago and my endo says this accounts for my low T, I also injured my pc muscle in that i can no longer flex it as u do to make ur penis move... my doc tried me on viagra & cialis both failed even with high doses, i then tried cavaject injections and they gave me an instant erection that lasts about 2hrs.. however I felt pain with the erection and cant enjoy sex when penis feels pain like pressure and gona explode so i dont use it anymore, but i did notice when erect my penis feels numb and no sensitivity so can take alot to cum.. any ideas guys, in relation to
1 why aint my libido back after being on T a year
2 Anyone hear of pain when using cavaject
3 Would my numb penis and loss of sensitivity be associated to some kind of damage to my penis or anyone any info on nunbness and loss of sensitivity of penis
4 also my corpus spongium and bell end barely fills up on erection.

Im waiting to see an andrologist

My last lab was 635 ng/dl Testosterone... all others seem within range... however ive never had the Sensitive e2 or free t test... not available in ireland... could these be causing issues... can i have these tests done and couriered to a lab abroad ?

It is indeed possible that your estradiol is out of range. You've had no tests run, not even the standard test? I know of one man who had his estradiol sent to the States for the sensitive test. His doctor arranged it with a hospital in New England (where this doctor had practiced). Contact LabCorp and Quest, the large commercial labs in the United States, and ask them if they are set up to do this. Keep in mind there will be overnight courier charges on top of the whatever the lab charges you for this testing.

Thanks Coastwatcher il contact them... when u say i had no test runs not even standard. Ive had e2 bloods done.. is this not what u mean when u say standard ?

I was referring to the e2 standard test that would be available to you in Ireland.
