I am attaching Latest Thyroid labs for comment if you will.
I'm feeling some better but still tired and slow.
TSH is up from 1.5
I was taking a 50% Icariin product from Vijay for erectile quality but have since quit.
I read a single study where Icariin can affect thyroid nin ssome people-who knows!

FT3 should be up closer to 3.9, and curious why you didn't get RT3/Reverse T3 this time, need to see if pooling is a concern. FT4 on the low side is very common and not a concern. Of what you have there I don't see a problem per se maybe a little Hypo/sluggish thyroid.

I was trying to save buck on RT3 but will do it soon.
I have to ask only because I have read it here on the forum, if Pooling is a real issue.
Some say the science isn't there and I have no idea when it comes to this stuff.
Two things that I have done for the last week is to get back on Zinc-25mg daily and added a Centrum Silver Vitamin daily.
Made a significant difference. Even libido is moving-at least I'm interested.
I am concerned about thyroid health as some immediate family have theirs removed for one reason or another-plus I just want to feel as good as possible.

Hypo and hyper thyroidism is an autoimmune disease. Look into the cause of thyroid disease.
