My two cents. Donate blood and consider injections. Start with a low dose because of your high HCT.

Treat sleep apnea, stop smoking if you do smoke, lose weight if you are overweight, improve insulin sensitivity if you are insulin resistant, increase cardio exercise. Your hormone levels are not high enough to produce excessive hematocrit in the absence of other contributing factors. I would seek out and treat the root causes.
