Gents, I am a newbie. Have a mediocre Dr. I just got him to order up labs 3 weeks ago. All I can do is post these for your review. He didn't even know what sensitive E2 was or better even heard of it. He crashed my E2 over 6 weeks ago with Arimidex. BTW my E2 had been 60+ prior to the Arimidex

I feel OK not great. Also after these tests I gave blood a week ago and really felt good afterwards. Thoughts? Give blood more often to different agency's?

This was my regime prior to these attached tests.
Tcyp 200mg .35ml 2x/wk
HCG 11000IU/ml 0.5ml sq twice a week

my weekly regime after this last test.
Tcyp 200mg .3ml 2x/wk
HCG 11000IU/ml 0.25ml sq twice a week

These are all the latest labs I have.

Thx

Okay, could you clarify a couple of things, it will help us give you more accurate advice.

1. When is the last time you had AI?
2. When were these labs taken relative to injection?
3. Your hCG dose is hard to understand, we need to know the concentration of hCG per mL. I highly doubt you added 1mL of bac water to the hCG. I assume it's 500IU 2x week?
4. Why the increase in testosterone dose and reduction of hCG? Your test is sufficiently high in these labs, I would not increase dose, especially if these are done day of injection but before injection.

Good thing you donated, those are fairly high CBC results.

Your E2 is still crashed, which may explain why you feel like crap. Any more frequent pissing, thirst, anhedonia or hot flashes? Those are the worst low E2 symptoms, although not everyone gets them. Most get ED, reduced penile sensitivity, and a general disdain for living.

I'd also increase the vitamin D a bit.

2. When were these labs taken relative to injection? Literally hrs prior to my injection

4. Why the increase in testosterone dose and reduction of hCG? Your test is sufficiently high in these labs, I would not increase dose, especially if these are done day of injection but before injection. He actually lowered from .35 to .3

Good thing you donated, those are fairly high CBC result Thx I just want to get that high number down and LOL. So I am also wondering just how fast that number climbs.

Your E2 is still crashed, which may explain why you feel like crap. Any more frequent pissing, thirst, anhedonia or hot flashes None of those at all. Those are the worst low E2 symptoms, although not everyone gets them. Most get ED, reduced penile sensitivity, and a general disdain for living. I was there when my E2 went to 5, damn that was the worst.

I'd also increase the vitamin D a bit.

Woops, you're right about the dose, sorry I saw ".3mL 3x week".

Your E2 is in the toilet.

You have a really nice trough btw.

So I assume you have the lesser severe low E2 symptoms? I still think it's bad to have E2 as low as you do regardless of symptoms, as bone loss happens below 15pg/ml.

Some people get a big rise in HCT from testosterone. Others get smaller rises. You seem to get a pretty big rise. You also seem to get a fairly high blood concentration of test on a fairly moderate dose.

An HCT of 54 is too high. You did right donating blood. A blood donation should decrease your HCT by a few points, so you are probably still near the high end of the range. But I would not donate at more often than at the recommended 8-week frequency. There are good reasons for not donating too often (but I forget what the reasons are).

Just donate again in 8 weeks and you should be fine. Normally they will measure your hemoglobin before they take blood. You can ask what value they got. Then multiply by 3 to calculate HCT. That will give you an idea of your HCT level. Usually the excess red blood cell production decreases over time when you are on Test injections.
