Hello,

I have been on TRT for 4.5 years. I decided to quit 8 weeks ago with my last injection being 90mg every week. Here are my lab results from yesterday. I am on a mostly vegan diet. Any thoughts on if my testosterone will change going up or down? Thank you.

Your restart results isn't the best, definitely not the worst. You might be able to increase T natural with hard work. It might be a long shot, but Cialis has been known to increase testosterone naturally in those with metabolic syndrome, not that you have metabolic syndrome.

You never know... Vegan diets is associated with high SHBG, you might keep an eye on it otherwise you might find Free T shrinking in the coming years.

Just out of curiosity, do you have LH results?

Metabolic Syndrome - Cialis increased T From 328 to 546 ng/dl!

Looks good to me. Personally I say who cares what your testosterone number is. If having testosterone levels at 1000 was so amazing then you probably wouldn't have quit in the first place.

Your labs are sort of irrelevant at this point. I’d base things on how you feel subjectively. There are men that feel great with numbers like yours, then some not so great.
