Thyroid test interpretation requested. Please refer to intro post for labs preceding hCG and at 6 weeks.

Of what significance are the low SHBG, high free T and very high DHEA-S?

Hematocrit and hemoglobin are now at upper limits.

Daily supplements" MK-7 menaquinone-7 (100mgm), EPA/DEA purified 1-2 gm as Lovaza, COQ10, Jarrow,(200mg), Cordecepts, Staments (if your gf or bf likes b horror and you don't then try cordecepts), Stamets Mycommunity, BeetElite, L-Glutamine powder Jarrow, ocuvite or preservision,

Extenze HT (two 30 cap pkgs, each cap: GABA 100mg, pregnenolone 100mg,DHEA 50mg, ) Two of the Extenze Black 30 days packs. Used alternately not together. Won't be buying again.

Yes, HCG increases T and thus increases hematocrit. It also shuts down LH and FSH like TRT does.

Extenze HT does not increase testosterone. Don't waste your money.

Thanks Nelson, What about the thyroid and other labs I was advised to get here. I'd be grateful for some interpretation. SHBG seems low, free T high. I DHEA-S is much higher than before. Other values are close to near the upper limit. E2 is 50, what does that mean? Do I go ahead and ramp up the hCG or not? Am I going to need a blood draw? Why is hematocrit so high at these still modest T levels? What about BUN which is flagged? Do I cut back on zinc supplement? Why hasn't my D climbed in to at least normal low after more than a year on Rx D3? Since the spring alone Ive been doing 10,000 iu/day.

Extenze: had it on hand before I came on here. Had no intention of continued use. The black did seem to boost libido though.

Something or other was "pooling" and I was told here I needed all these other tests. I guess any hCG over magic number of 500 just converts to DHEA-S, BUN, albumin and protein. And as long as I'm over that number anyway I might as well go back to the prescribed dose of 4,000 MWF intramuscular and quit the anastozole since it's driving my SBHG so low. Or is it the beet powder? At least I've gotten the prolactin in that sweet spot of <19 and I know to start desiccated thyroid asap even if the doc insists the only thyroid madness is on the internet. I am in sort of a dilemma since he will no longer prescribe hCG if I take any thyroid. As far as I know, which isn't much, there is no exit strategy for hCG. I am certain though that at least in my case 500 iu is a waste of time.

I've added results from the Sept draw and select older labs. What is "pooling"? How much desiccated thyroid should I be taking? What about the DHEA-S? Strategy for low SBHG high free T? Prolactin?
Anyone?

I believe it was Gene that made this comment in my intro post and advised me to get the additional tests.

Is the "free T3" value posted above what is required? With several other urgent medical issues to attend to I have no more time for research. Thanks.

RR,

Pooling may refer to an excess of the thyroid hormone T3. Check it out here:

http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/pooling/

Per above ["patients can raise in small increments to alleviate hypo."]

hypothyroidism? most likely but what does "alleviate" mean? Change in lab values?

I'd really be grateful for fb on these lab, not just thyroid.

My free testosterone is higher at 114 than I've seen anyone here report especially with tot T at only 541.

SHBG is on the low end at 22.

Prolactin has more than doubled at 18 from 8 since hCG was initiated in April.

DHEA-S is extremely high.

Fatigue and fog are improved. I was looking forward to raising T more.

>> WHAT IS GOING ON? <<

Most troubling has been the development of excruciating neck pain this summer. It may not be related to hCG mono. Low but not high E2 is implicated in bone loss as far as I know. The constant unrelenting nature of this pain has led my doc to order an MRI which I am waiting on. A dexiscan in June revealed nothing troubling.

according to thyroid madness: ["free T3/RT3 ratio, healthy ratios will be 20 or higher"]

3.66/25= 0.15 which is only a fraction of "20". Not sure if this is to be factored by 100. Even then it would be only 75% of the "healthy" value. Someone?

edit: looks like conversion from pico to nano grams is required.
If I did this right: RT3 Ratio: 14.6
