Ketamine treatment for depression?

Does anyone have any experience with ketamine? I have an upcoming consult in a few weeks to possibly set up treatment. I have been struggling with depression symptoms. The laundry list of side effects for the normal prescription meds i.e. SSRI's, do not interest me. Ketamine seems to have a very low risk to reward ratio.

Intial series of IV infusions, followed by booster infusions as needed. By a doctor, under supervision. Off label use

bupropion is typically without the adverse effects of other drugs in this category
