Let me know what you think? I have tried supplements and eat fairly clean, no sugar low carbs, lots of good fats and oils, and protein, grass fed beef, etc. Does not seem to help much.

Creatinine serum level is just bellow to the upper limit (1.3),but it is affected from BMI (the more muscle you carry, the more creatine you have).Creatine is metabolised into creatinine.
Low density lipoprotein is high and has to be lowered, either with proper nutrition-supplementation,or under the use of statins, prescribed by a cardiologist.Phytosterols, omega 369,niacin,olive oil, fish, almonds, along with cardiovascular excercise.Lipid stabil (Molecular Nutrition) & Cholesterol success plus (Twinlab) are supplements that might be helpful.Concenring your fatigue,i wouldnt consider hypothyroidism, since your Thyroid Stimulating Hormone is withing optimal level.Perhaps your iron,or ferritin are low.43% htc is kinda low for an active individual.

George thanks for the analysis. That helps he understand some of this. I have heard that statin drugs are very harmful even though they are routinely prescribed in the US. That they can suppress liver function and in the end lead to serious problems.

You should talk to your doctor about your low testosterone and symptoms of hypogonadism.

How much you you weigh and how tall are you? How do you sleep? Do you snore a lot? Any medications you are currently taking?

I am going to doctor about low testosterone. I am 5'9" and 175 lbs. I sleep fairly well get up to pee once a night, and wife says I snore a lot. I am not on any medications. Overall healthy from the standpoint of rarely getting sick.
