I have been feeling pretty bad the last few years and finally got enough courage to get tested.
I had a feeling I had low T but I don't like taking any meds, I tried everything that naturally boosts T, like diet, vitamins, sleeping 8-9 hrs a night.
Nothing worked and I progressively got worse. I had no libido, muscle aches, brain fog, exhausted all the time, depression, declining fitness, could not lose fat regardless of diet.

Now starting my 5th week I have some improvement. The muscle aches are gone, I dont feel completely exhausted when I wake, mood is better, brain fog is lifting, and a very slight bump in libido.

That's just the beginning! Honestly, you may not notice all of the effects while they're happening, and one day you'll realize "heh, my anxiety used to be bad when I went for a dental checkup! now it's not!". Or others may point it out to you, the best are people you see once in a while, and this is pretty common around the holidays, my sister is in college so when she came home a few weeks ago she mentioned how I seem "bigger"!

Or my therapist pointing out that I made a decision that would have taken me days, in about a couple of hours!

I honestly didn't notice, it slowly changed, like the frog in boiling water.

Hopefully it never changes.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
