Joint aches, not pain just an dull ache

Hi
Has anyone experienced joint aches from TRT, HCG, DHEA meds? I have a dull ache in some of my joints so I was wondering if it could be related to treatment.
I do a lot of cycling but until last week have not had any issues.
I have been on TRT now for a few years. Just stated HCG and DHEA this week so I really do not think that has any impact.

I'm looking at my first labs right now, before I started TRT. My TT was 384 with an E2 of 14. My joints were hurting.

Once I got my E2 into the mid 20's, the joint pain subsided. I had to get my TT to around 800 for the magic to start to happen.

That's just my chemisty.

To Note: I had very low iron and vitamin D at the time.

I am working with Defy.
I am not taking any AI yet. Lab did the wrong E2 test. :-) I have to get that redone.
30mg of DHEA twice a day.
100IU of HCG daily in the morning subQ
.35ml twice a week of Test. Mon & Thurs
I also take Uloric, metformin and thyroid medication
I take 5000IU of Vit D daily and recent labs have me in range.
I have not had my labs done after moving to the higher dose or Test. I went from .25ml to .35 and its only been 2 weeks.
I also have gout but that is really under control and it not gout pain. Also Type2 diabetic.
I have recently lost 15lbs (2-3 weeks) I am wondering if the rapid weight loss might be causing some of it.

After a bicycle ride (30+ Miles) my knee is really aggravated but 800mg of Ibuprofen takes care of it.

Wow when you start writing things down you look like a mess. LOL.

Congratulations on your weight loss!

Is this an all-over ache, or just say your knees or back? I know you said you have been cycling for a while, but perhaps those 30 miles rides are just starting to add-up and you need a few days off to recover? That is obviously just a guess, but know that I need to take a few days off from lifting every few months because everything just hurts and doesn't get better without say a week off.
