Thyroid function, we know iron is needed for T4>T3 conversion as well as T3 uptake. But for SHBG, no, not that I've seen. FTR there's not been on person that has corrected condition X or Y and gained some appreciable increase in SHBG. Low SHBG is a rather benign condition that is demonized because people try and cram a typical TRT protocol and for that to work when a different strategy is needed. SHBG is what it is and you play it where it lies.
