That size needle is for subcutaneous injections - which many would recommend over intra-muscular.
If you are following the 1ml/week then yes, you would do one full 0.5ml syringe each time.
It looks like you were prescribed a way overdosed cookie-cutter protocol though. (general sentient of people on here for that dose) 200mg/week of T is a lot.
I personally take 96mg/week. So .24ml per injection (so basically half of what you are taking). and feel much better than when I was blasting the 200mg before people on here helped me get more educated.
Your best bet is to start lower and work your way higher if needed.

That’s not the needle they prescribed,that’s what my father recommended as he’s been taking intramuscular with these for many years.
He said the same thing about my dose.
To start at 20 units twice which would equal .4 and stay there until next round of labs.
If low Bump it to 25 units which would equal .5ml weekly,basically half what they prescribed.
