Indirect way of monitoring E2 without blood test?

If you need to use an AI. Start low and increase slowly. You don't need to measure it in that process, you can go by symptoms. Once your symptoms resolved and it's stable, then you could measure E2 for reference.

That's what I'm trying to do, but still monitoring the number would help because overdosing causes same symptoms as underdosing. So far even 0.040mg (40mcg) of Anastrozole seems to have some effect. I think when I build tolerance - a higher dose will be required...

In my required use of an AI journey I tried it all over years time until I got to a dosage that did two things, cleared my body acne, and, improved EQ and Orgasm. I continued in a frequency of dosing and increased dosage my dosing until I didn't see any other improvements with a lower E value. Always symptom based and blood test for a reference point. Too and I started testing free Estrogen as my base blood indicator as opposed to LC/MS/MS values.
Whole point is...trial and error.

Thanks. What prescription AIs have you used besides Anastrozole? Have you tried Metformin?

What drugs/supplements and dosages have you found to be effective for you?

Anastrozole; and Ive used Exemestane(?) which didn't help but really threw out my lipid panel numbers that I had to stop that one. DIM was no help. Estrogen management for me is huge problem.
