I potentially have testicular torsion, testicles are twisting and rotating around each other a week after stopping TRT.

I noticed today my testicles are moving again just as they did in 2019 after stopping TRT and earlier in life. My testicles are constantly moving, twisting and rotating around each other.

I do have some testicular pain on and off.

I'm starting to wonder if this was my original medical issue that lead to low-T and diabetes after coming off clonazepam which works a lot like Viagra and Cialis, increasing blood flow down there.

At the time of my low-T and diabetes diagnosis, detecting testicular torsion would have been impossible due to the diabetes also affecting testicular function. The severity of the symptoms, which was quite severe and the fasting glucose didn't seem likely that a fasting 198 glucose could cause such negative symptoms.

From what I gather this testicle twisting and rotation movement is not normal. I contacted my doctor to set up an urologist appointment and wanted to gather as much informations about testicle torsion as possible.
