Finally I have my post trt labs. what's causing my low libido and no erections? I hear how all this improves with trt but I'm possibly worst than before I started TRT in this aspect.

These are the pre TRT labs:

These are my first post TRT labs:

I'm trying to exercise. But it's very difficult due to fibromyalgia, my other condition, which while kind of under control now, it still makes it hard to do lots of stuff.

I'm eating better which is soooooooo much easier with testosterone.

Before I was eating the whole day and couldn't stop if they had put a gun to my head. Has this happened to others? I went up 30 kilos in 2 years after my testicles atrophied. Befoe when I was healthy (in this aspect), I was thin and didn't have these problems. I also had hard rock erections almost every morning and very high libido..

Other symptoms I've noticed are horrible mood swings, bad mood and crtying for nothing for hours. lmao.

I notice my growth hormone (hormona del crecimiento humano) is super low in the first test, then in the second one is waaaay better... but with a different range? i think it was calculated with a different method? What does low HGH mean? Do I need to correct it or explore something more here?

i still need to do an mri to finally confirm there's nothing in my brain that's causing the low t and testicle atrophy etc. But what do you think about the prolactin and whatever tells you about that in these tests?

thank you.

also, forgot to say, i'm taking 250mg every 2 weeks in a single shot. I'm going to change it to 100 or 120 mg every week, but I need things like vials to do that. I hope before next month.

100 - 120 mg a week for me is like taking ZERO testosterone. I need to be at 140 mg to feel anything. My suggest is discuss with your doctor 2-3 injections a week at 120 for 60 days. Retest and raise again if needed.

FYI...I take 140 mg a week. Daily inections and 1 click of t cream.

Your estrogen is too high, you may need smaller more frequent injections.

Test estrogen (E-2) next time, Total estrogen isn’t as useful because it measures the weak estrogens. You want to test E-2, the strongest form of estrogen.

You need to lose weight as this typically lowers the amount of aromatase in fat tissue and lowers estrogen.

Fibromyalgia can have serious consequences for sexual health. It's associated with low libido, difficulty getting aroused or reaching orgasm.
it's not the fibromyalgia. i was very well in that aspect before my testicles shrank. also, i feel it, know my body. but thanks.

thank you very much.

yes i need to lose weight. it's being much more easier now.

there are estradiol e2 tests both before and after. they appear as well, estradiol. they are 16.30 pg/ml before and 50.3 pg/ml after TRT.

cant i just take an AI?

tbh i definitely feel something.

all my terrible low t symptoms are gone.

energy is improving too by now.

but sex seems so boring. i have a window open with porn to try to feel something and i'm like "yaaaaawn" for the most part...

how's your libido? is it good? better than before?

but yes, i'll change the protocol anyway. ty.

If you turn out to be an over-responder, all the positives you’ve gotten from TRT will disappear. I couldn’t even handle a micro dose, 0.050, even a 10th of that cause lots of bone pain in my hips and knees.

If you over-respond to caffeine, alcohol and stimulants in general, stay clear of aromatase inhibitors!

I would not increase your dose, actually decrease it - your hemoglobin and hematocrit are already at the higher end of normal, free testosterone above normal range, and that is measured at trough before your next injection.

If your libido is zero at those values, it is unlikely it will increase at higher doses. Most probably the reason for lack of libido is not the testosterone level.

You have elevated neutrophils, platelets, lymphocytes and consequently the White Blood Cells (Leukocytes), albeit in "normal ranges".

That suggests activated immune system and some kind of infection going on. The neutrophils seem most elevated, which suggests a bacterial infection.

ty.

what could the reason of low libido be? can too high testosterone cause low libido?

very interesting what you say about my immune cells... i believe my fibromyalgia is a hidden infection in fact. i never had anyone point to elevated immune cells as an anormality.

do you know more about this? or have texts on the subject?

ty very much.

Libido is very complex and depends on gazillion factors: your overall health status, hormones, neurotransmitters, metabolism, stress level, psychology. It is not well understood and I've seen cases with high T and low libido and also cases of low T and a high libido, so it is not that simple as pumping up your testosterone.

Erection is something that is better understood and influenced by drugs. Have you tried viagra/cialis? Keep in mind that if your do not have erections when watching porn, that suppresses your libido by a psychological negative feedback - there is no point in sex if you can't get erection so you are not interested in it.

Also if you are constantly feeling miserable due to your fibromyalgia or other daily symptoms, that suppresses your libido - typically people have good libido when they feel well and healthy.

Do you have other signs of infection besides the fibromyalgia, such as repeating headaches, sore throats, stuffy nose, cough, night sweats, intestinal pains, diarrhea, nausea, skin rashes etc?

Many men don’t truly understand what is libido, libido is sexual thoughts, in the brain, arousal, an erection, a physical response is something different from libido.

If you look at women, imagine sex with them but your dick doesn’t work, libido isn’t your problem.

I agree your estrogen is really high. Yes an aromatase inhibitor would work, but should be used with caution. For me personally, high E2 means loss of sex drive, anxiety, and swelling my hands (water retention).

Bro before my low t problems, my testicular atrophy, i was horny 25/7.

I could watch porn the whole day and masturbate until air came out and do it again next day.the whole year.

All the time hard.

Which doesn't mean i did because I don't like porn and tried to avoid it.

This Regardless 9f the fibromyalgia, unless really bad.

With low t came the low libido and Ed, like s year ago.

Now on TRT it's even worst probably. Libido is worst now.

I have used cyalis and Viagra. They help a little bit. But why can't I have an erection like i used to?

And sex is like yawn the most boring thing ever.

I've been watching porn these days trying to feel something but most of the time nothing is there

As for the infection yes, i have some signs of i fection.... For years I've had a constant runny nose and sneezes.

Some places where teeth came out hurt some if the time.

And there's the fibro itself.

But Drs say nothing is wrong with me

Btw antibiotic cycles improve my fibro by a lot usually.

Definitely feeling the loss of sex drive.

No anxiety nor water retention but lots of depression and crying.

Have you tried anti-histamines for your runny nose and sneezing?

Some antibiotics like doxycycline or ciprofloxacin are also anti-inflammatory.

Have you tried anti-inflammatories such as 400mg ibuprofen for your fibromyalgia?

You have to be very cautious with antibiotics because they may cause severe bacterial dysbiosis in your gut and severe infections with pathogenic bacteria such as Clostridium Difficile, H. Pylori etc.

Doctors only work within their sub-speciality, even general practitioners. What does that mean to us, the patient? It means if they can't identify the issue within their focus, then their job is done. The doctor doesn't work on a problem until they find the issue.
As an example, I had pain in my right arm [nerves, tendons or such.]. They did xrays and the doctor literally stated, "It's not broken." No kidding. Then I was referred to a clinic that dealt with carpal tunnel syndrome. They tested and said not carpal tunnel. So I asked the doctor what he thought it might be. Reluctantly, he admitted they don't track down the cause, just evaluate for carpal tunnel. I was then referred to a clinic to electrically test the nerves with needles and electric current. Again they said the nerves were functioning well but that they wouldn't speculate on the actual issue.
I say all this so you understand doctors saying they don't know the cause isn't the same as saying nothing is wrong.
