Hungry for Information

Hello All,

56-year old male from L-Annoy. On TRT for several years and don’t regret starting therapy at all. Currently hitting the gym at a rate of 4 days on/1 day off. The only way I can maintain my sanity is the gym. I’m an avid info junky regarding biohacking and anti-aging. Agree with Dr. David Sinclair that aging should be listed as a disease process to generate more research dollars. His last book is a phenomenal read. I spent many years as an athlete including baseball at the Division One level. Bachelor of Science in Microbiology..(don’t get me started on COVID) also have an MBA and currently a PhD candidate in Behavioral Science. Certified PNA Life Coach via the Steve Maraboli method. PNA is the acronym for Psycho Neuro Actualization. Hopefully I can add some useful information that will be relevant to the board.....Ciao`.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
