How to Lower Hematocrit Using Grapefruit Seed Extract Naringin

I have been reading the grapefruit seed extract posts in regards to lowering hct. My question is at what dose did you have success lowering hct. I just began using 50 mg of GSE (grapefruit seed extract) from bulk supplements. I know this is a hit or miss for some of y'all.

 

I've been looking for info on grapefruit extract and telmisartan because I'd like to get it for hct as well, but haven't found anything concrete.

Yeah, my doctor said it’s done very little for his guys on TRT. I’m probably going to start blood letting myself until I move back to Florida full-time. It’s a huge hassle even with a prescription.

My hematocrit went steadily up to 55,6% after upping my testosterone cypionate dosage to 750mg per week. My cardiologist recommended I try grapefruit seed extract ( Naringin ). After just 1 week for my blood tested again and my hematocrit is now at 51%. My RBC also came down from 18. 5 to 17. I'm taking 900mg naringin per day. I also use 5mg Cialis daily and haven't notices any negative interactions yet.
