How to lower estradiol without ai

Estradiol at 69 no severe side effects. Been on trt cream 2 years amazing results. I want to get estradiol down without ai. Food and supplements I should take. I was sporadically taking dim (is this enough).

I really want to stay away from AI with everything I have read. I also heard higher estradiol ok but 69 seems to high.

If have to take ai I will but would rather not.

Any advice? Thanks

I would just leave it alone. The only way to lower estrogen is lowering your TRT dose or with an AI and or weight loss, other methods will be futile.

Treating high estrogen in the absence of symptoms is a ticket to failure.

I'll bet your estrogen isn't high relative to your testosterone. Having the proper ratios of T:E2 are more important. Also, the normal ranges for estrogen are derived from men with Total T <500 and men not on TRT.

Our study did not link high estradiol levels with diminished sexual performance. Paradoxically, patients with low estradiol below 42.6 pg/ml had more patients complaining of low libido as defined by ICD-9 of 799.81 in the problem list. Patients with higher estradiol levels above 42.6 pg/ml had less sexual dysfunction problems identified by their providers.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
