I agree with DixieWrecked, personally for me I like 500 IU of HCG twice a week. I probably would be injecting 500 IU three times a week but don't want to spend the extra money.

I just had bloodwork done after 4 months on this protocol: 1) 45mg of test cypionate 2x weekly (90mg total per week) 2) 500IU of Pregnyl 2x weekly (1,000IU total per week) My labs are attached. The free T didn't show up on the PDF but it's 823 pmol/L, which is well above the reference...

250 IU twice a week seems to be the sweet spot for me. More than that seems to generate some anxiety.

Please excuse my ignoranc, I know IU is not directly relatable to ML, but in the case of Hcg, what is the relationship between IU and ml?

I figured it, if you use 10,000 of Hcg and you add 10 ML of bac water, then 250 iu would 1/4 on 1 ml syringe.
